Had an excellent experience with this place. Close to my house so I stopped in looking for a tank protector. Bought it and had a long conversation with the owner, John. Great guy and very knowledgeable. Gotta support these local independants!
 
I used to go there back when they were at Yonge/Steeles over 20 years ago; I thin they also used to be a Suzuki dealer. I found them again in Richond Hill a couple years ago. Ordered a tire and had them mount it - as good service as I've gotten anywhere else, and it's local.
 
Anyone have any recent experience with these guys? I've gone to them a few times in the last 2 months, once for a battery and the other to get velocity gloves. Most recent visit wasn't the greatest. Bike died so I had it towed there week before long weekend, got a call last week confirming its my voltage regulator and it will be done. Now it's being delayed again till next week. Total time in the shop of two and a half weeks, I'm not impressed. I partially blame the amazing weather we've been having.

That should take a shop no more than 2 days to diagnose that problem.
