Motorcycle Chain help 520

Hey guys

At mosport my wheel bearing failed and destroyed my swing arm.

After i replaced my swing arm, i have the chain still on my old swing arm which i still will be using (new chain)

I have never done chain work before, so I'm new to it

Can i buy a master link at say royal and replace it with the one i will brake to separate the chain?

Yes, it is simple like that.

Grind down your master link's rivets...then install a new master link. Ensure it is the same brand / model as your chain.
