The German military BMW and side car exhibit was very cool and interesting. Never saw that Clint picture.
 
That Durham Regional Police thing really pisses me off.

My car was vandalized twice in my driveway and DRP said that they didn't have any resources to follow up due to budget constraints - but they can still sponsor race bikes and do shows?
 
That Lamborghini was a kit car. Good show. Had fun even if I didn't buy anything. Oh a round of beer for $25

this bike was a work of art, theres just so much detail in it. can't picture myself on one of these though lol
 
I only had about 60 minutes at the show. Most of it was spent in hall 4 with all my off road people. I was supposed to spend some time in a few of the motocross booths but had some stuff hold me up too long on Saturday.

Took a quick look around, sat on a Street triple (just as awesome as I remembered) and then a hypermotard (that was a very bad mistake, it might cost me $16,000 in the future). Took a quick lap, didn't see too many actually attractive models (what was with those hooters girls?), exited out hall 1 through the hallway of leather and left... Glad I got in for free, it sure wasn't worth $40 for two of us!
 
Hey Chenzo Man, That Copper Kawi is my buddy Jeff's and the bike beside it was mine. He'll be happy to hear that you liked it. He was kind of upset that he was in the "Radical" class. He has been in a different class for the last 3 shows, Asian Extreme, Bobber, and this time Radical. He was up against some pretty tough competition this time around.

I made out alright.... I was placed in the Rat Bike category and placed 3rd. It was a joint effort between me and Jeff, the owner of the copper bike. I had the XS next to his and it was my first attempt at a bike.

Not many people realized this but the Kawi was all hand formed copper. Hammered and soldered together. No plating, not dipped, solid hand formed copper. Tank, fender, and side pannels.

I spent most of the weekend with the bikes and didn't spend much time outside of hall 5.

Looking forward to seeing the rest of the pic's taken.

Congrats on taking third place!

Your friends bike is a work of art, i could tell so much time and effort was out in adn thats the kind of bike i really appreciate and give all the credit to. Tell him his bike is sexy as hell and i would take that bike over a sexy girl lol. Do you have anymore pics of yours and his bike? Post it up! :eek:

This nice weather today was a tease!!
 
the lambo looked great from the outside but the inside was a disaster, it was the only thing that gave it away to me that it was not real.

it would be good to know how much money the police give to the durham officer, i suspect its very little and i bet a lot of the funding comes from his own pocket, i think pro6 sponsor him somewhat. im not going to judge unless i know the facts. anyone know?
