Mosport with Pro6 or Rider's Choice

Both Pro6 and Rider's Choice offer TDs at Mosport. I've never been to Mosport, so I'm looking at booking a TD. Who has a preference between the two organizers? Why?

I've done Mosport with both groups. Riders choice seemed a little more laid back. Their passing rules are more open then Pro 6. Both run a good day.

Both have thier pro's & con's really. Sandy(pro6) is my pref, but both have put on trackdays for a along time now. With John(R-Choice) having a bit more time running under his belt. All depends on the type of riders in the group on that given day really. Your best bet is to stay smooth. Smooth is fast. The speed will build with your comfort level. And run your own pace. Mosport is a blast.

Both run well attended and professional days. My preference is Riders Choice because it is a more laid back environment. They are also $30 cheaper for a day at Mosport, and Thursday TDs work great for my schedule.

I haven't done mosport but done trackdays with both RC and Pro 6 you can't go wrong with either. For me it's all about what days work with my schedule.

I wonder why there is a price difference too.

I rode Shannonville Fabi circuit with Rider's Choice back in June. I've ridden Calabogie with Pro6 June and July so far. They're all a great group of folks, and I found they were both relaxed about passing rules (i.e., There was some passing in corners in the novice group). Both moved riders up and down levels according to what they observed.

So I guess it really comes down to how much I want to spend, and what day of the week I want to go. That said, thanks for your replies, folks. Much appreciated. :)

Pro 6 has free lunch, don't remember if Riders Choice did :)

Really? It was $15 at Calabogie with Pro6, IIRC. We usually just bring a cooler full of munchies and the portable grill anyway.

that was last year. things could have changed for this year.
