They go to the next rider on the waiting list.

Nope. Check the cancelation policy on the site - more than 14 days before, less than 14 days, riders sent "to replace you", etc. It's all there.

Tell Pro6 you’re not going and I think they’ll give you a credit.

But you can’t transfer directly between riders.

+ call them and check cancellation policy.

I like that they can't be transferred, gives peeps on waiting list a chance.
