Not a fan of sleeping in the trailer. Any okay hotels close by? Thanks.
 
There's also a HoJo at the base of Liberty street.

BTW the fun way to get to Mosport is straight up Liberty St.
 
I live in Bowmanville there is a Howard Johnson (older likely cheaper) at Liberty and 401 about 20min from the track. One exit east of the one you take to the track. There is a brand new Holiday Inn also right at 401 you will see it on the north side as you take the tracks exit. Other than that your in Oshawa. Add the time and gas not sure your saving anything though.

i looked at both of those. both over between 110 and 130 depending on the site for a night

Also, Expedia has a couple for $70/night
 
Try the UOIT residences listed on hotwire - Simcoe up by Taunton - probably one of the closest, may even be closer than bonerville
