After a 6 year riding hiatus, really excited to get back on a bike again. I just purchased a 2011 GSXR 750 and am looking forward to getting out on the road with some other riders.

Thanks for the welcome! Really stoked about joining this group - seems awesome! Do you have any tips on the best way to 'break-in' a bike? There are about a dozen different recommendations. I've tried em all with past cars and bikes but still not sure which is best.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone - 'YES' it will feel great to get back on a bike. After being hit by a 'legally blind' driver (don't ask) it sort of forced me off bikes for awhile - Can't wait to be back.

The video you posted on proper engine break-in was very helpful - thanks IRONLUNG!

Really hope to have the opp. to ride with you guys in the spring. Thanks again!

Thanks again for the welcome - wondering about the best way to find out about our first group ride. I'm in R. Hill but have no trouble travelling.

I did join a few groups but haven't heard anything yet - I suspect because according to the 'calendar' we are still in winter:)!
