Bought this thing brand new in 2011 and converted it to supermoto last year. I'm the original owner. Here are the details+

Comes safetied and with all original documentation.
When I converted to supermoto, the odometer stopped working because the front wheel didn't have a pickup for the speedo. So it has more than 1300 km's. If I was to guess, it is 2000km's AT MOST.

This thing is super clean, and unbelievably fun on the street. The added advantage of Motarding a 650 is that you don't have to adjust your valves every 10 minutes like on a 450.
