Hi all -- i'm not normally active on GTAM, but I got my tires changed this past week by cjbenedict and wanted to vouch for his excellent service!
Under a friend's recommendation (4 of my other friends had him change their tires too in the past), I got my tires changed by this guy.
His price is comparable to other shops, but the fact that he's mobile and comes to your place makes a difference if you're at all hesitant about riding to a shop with two tires around your waist! He's quite flexible on timing as well, which worked well for me (I was able to get my tires changed during the weekday instead of waiting for after-work hours or weekends).
He was very patient with a bunch of questions I had, and even helped me un-mount my wheels. I'm not personally a stickler for how my stock-rims are treated, but my buds recommended him mainly because he takes his time with your rims and doesn't scratch them up. I've heard that not everyone is as diligent about this. I'd say if you've spent some pretty coin on your rims, then you should definitely give this guy a call.
FYI cjbenedict and I were not friends prior to this tire-change so I'm not writing this out of any sort of obligation. I really feel like he did a fantastic job, and considering the price is competitive, there's no reason not to give him a shout! That being said, cjbenedict, if you're reading this, how about a discount next time?
