I know Ted from RT do safeties by riding over to your place, does any one know of some one that does this for a car? Any help would be appreciated. Cheers!

To properly safety a car, you need a lift (check for holes in the floorboards and to check wheel bearings and brakes) ... I extremely doubt you will find anyone who will do this.
