Such a horrible situation. The abductors must have less than a full deck to play with. If they want to steal a truck just steal one and it is a minor case, will get little attention and they would probably get away with it. But kill somebody (probably) you will be searched down convicted and sentenced to long time

I say pollute it! It just doesnt add up! Anyone can steal a truck if they wanted it, no need to take the guy, so as dumb as criminals can be, i dont think this is the case.
I think either he was in deep with some sort of mafia type... or saw a way to get out of a situation at home... or was an undercover druggie and decided this was a good way to go binge for drugs.

I think there's a few of us on here who spend a good deal of time wheeling and dealing on Kijiji. Just a heads up that my garage was cleaned out earlier this week by some thieving bastards. I suspect it was related to someone who had come over regarding a recent ad on Kijiji.

To those selling cars, a good tip would be to take / photo the drivers license of the individual wanting to test drive the car, and let them go by themselves. Its a safer option than jumping in the backseat and hoping for the best, especially if you are outnumbered.

Could be something as simple as this; Criminals just wanna steal the truck and leave him on side of the road but dude is uncooperative and tries to fight. Criminals end up stabbing him and after the deed is done they dump the body somewhere.

I seen an update on the situation. His cell phone was found in Brantford and his truck was spotted driving through. I don't think it had anything to do with loan sharks or mafia or any of the above because the police now have a discription of the two suspect because they test drove the same truck with another guy and the guy was unharmed. Two white males mid 20's one has the word ambition tatted on his wrist outlined by a box
