Looks like the employees of KW have been getting free gas maybe.Or perhaps it just evaporated!

Or the fuel companies that come fill the tanks SAY they put in 30,000 litres, but actually only put 28,000 litres.
It seems as if there is a faulty measuring system either on the way in, or on the way out.

Either way, it's costing the city money (even though its from a reserve fund) to replace the tanks a decade earlier than they were expecting.

Watch how quickly they change the way the system is used, and post video survelliance atop each fueling station.

I'd also like to see precise monitoring of how much is going into the tanks.
