I got booked for speeding somewhere in belleville, and I missed my early resolution hearing a few days ago.
I would like to reopen the case as its a $232 dollar ticket.
The provincial offenses office in belleville told me to go to the one local to me to fill out some reopening papers, but the local office tells me they cannot do the commisioning?
Apparently, it costs around $100 bucks to get my forms commissioned then sent in???
- Who can do this commisioning? (lawyer, provincial office official)?
- Can i just hire a paralegal to handle all of this?
I have here an AFFADAVIT IN SUPPORT OF A REQUEST FOR REOPENING
Each office is giving me the runaround. Funny how little communication goes on in between regional offices within the same province, let alone the same country.
