Does anyone have a spare set of mirror adapters with one female being a reverse thread?

I can order from amazon but it will take too long. I don't think I will have any better luck with any local shops.

I have these from my 2005 Triumph Speed Triple:

Motone 10mm Mirror Extenders Triumph Bonneville, Scrambler, Thruxton, America, Speedmaster | NewBonneville

Turned out of billet aluminium to reduce weight and vibration at high speed - these mirror extenders allow you to raise the height of your mirror by 35mm. They can also be stacked one on the top of another so that a single mirror is raised 70mm Sold in Pairs as pictured

Any idea if either one of them has a left threaded female end.
