I'd like to hear what you have to say, are they there for sound issues or are they there for low and mid RPM gains as claimed by manufacturers, Is there anyone out there with dyno facts to prove?
Which bike do you have? In the R6 the exhaust valve is only for noise, same as the snorkel on the air filter too, it fails EPA noise restrictions due to INTAKE noise! lol. So they had to put a huge restrictor on the front of the air filter, bike breathes through a straw. The only reason you see people complain "I took out the valve and my bike has no power down low now" is just because they didn't get tuned afterwards, to correct the AFR now that the bike can breathe properly.I'd like to hear what you have to say, are they there for sound issues or are they there for low and mid RPM gains as claimed by manufacturers, Is there anyone out there with dyno facts to prove?
