I wonder how many of them wanted to boo him or harbor contempt and disgust for him.
He is essentially calling them spoiled unappreciative brats (most of them).

The correct answer would have been let the other 2 people split the cookie if not a 3 way split.
A real leader ensures all is well first with their "troops" unlike today when the mindset is I need to get another $1million in bonus money to go with my $20 million salary so I will just fire some people.
