What if I don't have a license and just want a part time job on weekends?
 
do the apprentices get to do oil changes and other cool stuff?
 
Well apprentices here get to do everything as I have no other staff. Lol. I'm not discriminatory towards the up and coming. They gotta learn too

i know how you feel, i own a transmission shop and finding good employees can add a lot of stress. good luck
