True but if we have cameras at each intersection with that same quality, we can compile some stupid moments crap, add 100 times the population and remove the road safety rules and you will get a worse situations than that.

GTA's traffic aint that bad at all compare to china... generally ppl follow the rules of the road most of the time here

Their traffic lights are interesting in that they have specific arrows for direction of travel. a few of the bicycle ones though seems as though they were treating traffic lights like stop signs, and one or 2 of them may have been drunk (like for example the guy on the bicycle slowly riding into the guy on the scooter).
I know everyones for mixed traffic flow and bicycles and motorcycles and cars and tractor trailers all want to compete and have an equal share of the road. But maybe its time planners start splitting that **** up!
I'm kinda happy though that the UN is has come up with the decade of road safety thing, but will probably not make any difference IMO.
