May 28 BikerLeathers.ca 50% off Sale - Status Update

I placed an order with BikerLeathers.ca back last May 28 when they had their big 20% off sale, and aside from their email stating "please allow 14 days for delivery" I haven't heard anything from them.

---Sent them an email...no response

---Called the Customer Service line...goes to voice mail (as recently as a few moments ago)

---Called the store...the line doesn't even ring or go to voice mail. It goes to an automated message, kinda like when you call someone and they have their cell phone turned off.

---And now, I've put together this post.

The original expectation they set was 2 weeks...it's now been over 3 weeks. I'm not suggesting that BikerLeathers.ca get off their butts (I'm sure they had a ton of orders), but it would be nice to get a status update and/or a note that would adjust my expectations.

send them a message on facebook... i was having the same issue and when i got them on there they responded within a hour and had my items sent out.
 
who did you send your email to? I also received the same "please be patient for 2 weeks" email. I had also received a separate email from Al, saying that a few items were not in stock and they were being ordered from the supplier, so my order would ship out by last Friday.

It did not, so on Monday, I tried calling a few times, but the line was busy each time.
So I sent two emails, one to the general customer service account and one to CrazyAl's account. I did not receive an email back, but within few hours, the order status changed (email was sent) and I received the entire order yesterday afternoon. Everything I ordered was correct and exactly the way I hoped it would be.

It seems that shipping the goods out can take a bit of time on occasion, but the price is right, so a bit of patience goes a long way.
 
I went off Facebook 6 months ago...and I'm glad I did lol (except for maybe right now)
i only use it because i subscribed to a bunch of motorcycle stores and some other companies im interested in.. so i see their product updates and sales.
also, commenting a question on their wall gets immediate service.

I have no problems at all with being patient, but I also don't like to be kept in the dark...especially when someone sets expectations and don't meet them.
