I placed an order with BikerLeathers.ca back last May 28 when they had their big 20% off sale, and aside from their email stating "please allow 14 days for delivery" I haven't heard anything from them.
---Sent them an email...no response
---Called the Customer Service line...goes to voice mail (as recently as a few moments ago)
---Called the store...the line doesn't even ring or go to voice mail. It goes to an automated message, kinda like when you call someone and they have their cell phone turned off.
---And now, I've put together this post.
The original expectation they set was 2 weeks...it's now been over 3 weeks. I'm not suggesting that BikerLeathers.ca get off their butts (I'm sure they had a ton of orders), but it would be nice to get a status update and/or a note that would adjust my expectations.
