Not sure if there’s a special treatment for matte paint, but if you have the time, wash, clay, wax and call it a day?
Best way to maintain matt black paint is to start with semi gloss.
i had my Duc completely wrapped in a matte PPF, so i didn't have to upkeep the paint. once matte gets compromised its ******.

Someone I ride with swears by Rat Wax but it's only in the USA and they won't ship to Canada. I have a crossborderpickups.ca account so bypassed it for him but fyi it's not cheap.

My bike is matte gray so not quite as sensitive as black. I have just used Chemical Guys matte paint car wash. Number of years later, it still looks good. Pretty sure any matte paint car wash, i.e. doesn't have any waxes built in, would work the same.
Key is to stay away from anything with wax and to be mindful on what rubs on the paint. Rubbing on the paint equals polishing out some of the matte creating a semi-gloss finish. My bike does have some slight glossiness where my legs rub on the side of the tank but you really have to look for it.

More importantly, what is it that has the Matt black paint?
New ride perhaps? Are you holding out on us @cycling ?
Maybe all this talk is just about a matt black helmet.
