Making a Custom Midpipe

Does anybody know any specialty exhausst shops that would have a mandrel pipe bender?

My 06' R6 (track bike) came with a two brothers full system on it when I bought the bike. The system is really loud even with the bd dog in it. Since the last time I crashed I also rashed up the can I am looking to replace the slip on with another aftermarket exhaust and hopefully quite the bike down a bit. I have a replacement muffler fitted on the bike right now and I've marked up the exisitng two bros midpipe where I need it to end. I just need to find a shop that can bend up a piece of 2" pipe for the new midpipe. I've been into a couple of automotive repair shops, Midas, Speedy auto etc but their bending machines wont be able to put two 45s close together they way I would need mine. Theyve recommened bending two separate pieces , then cutting and welding them together but I want to leave that as my last resort.

Thanks
Frank

Got some pics? Why doesn't the new pipe fit exactly?

Funny how people's tastes differ. I guess that's why we all personalize our bikes.

I think your R6 was much nicer int he before pic.

TB is at the bottom of my list, and much prefer long mufflers.
