I was at a dollar store and saw some "Made in Canada" stickers, the round type with a maple leaf in the middle. They were printed in China. So sad.

The only thing in recent memory that i know of that was actually made in canada was hockey tape

I bought a plastic box for my electronics at Sayal and it was made in Canada

There is actually a surprisingly big mfg sector in Canada... Strange but true. It always gets hammered when the Loonie appreciates against the dollar.

I just bought shoelaces last week and they were made here in Pickering. Good laces too.

I used to work for a "manufacturing" company.. From time to time, a container from China would arrive, full of product with labels saying "Made in Canada"

Go to Bad Boys... Most of their furniture are Made In Canada.

"made in _____" referres to where +50% of the product cost was incurred. A product manufactured off-shore but assembled here (with labor cost outweighing the material cost) can be labeled as Made in Canada....

The Canadian gov't has a toothless article on canadabusiness.ca urging companies to only use the label for wholly sourced goods, but regulations remain pretty loose...

My Audi hat was made in Canada (Roots). When I asked the guy at the service desk at Oakville Audi why they were so #&&#;* expensive he said it was because they weren't available from Audi of Canada, and they had to import them through Audi of America.

Canada Goose coats are made in Canada :D:D
