LOL. Great lore. I imagine there's few embellishments in there, and he wouldn't be the first eccentric to ride a British superbike. Lawrence was certainly one of those. I guess to some extent, we're all a bunch of characters riding these machines. Just some stand out more than others.

Growing up the Vincent was always my dream bike. Still is.
I rode around on a Triumph 500, 1953 5T. Not new. Till it caught fire.
