M2 test

are you talking about M1 exit (to M2) or M2 exit (to M)? I'm guessing M1 Exit since you posted in the new riders forum...

Either is pretty easy as long as you have taken some time to become proficient and read over some of what is expected. There are a lot of threads that detail what is expected at the Ministry Drive Centers, if you're going that route. If your doing a course, then just show up for the course and they will take it form there, even easier to pass.

Highly suggest you get on one of the several courses being offered. You will learn a lot more than you think.

I think if you check out the various websites of the different motorcycle schools, you will see a BIG difference!! All the schools boast the same 'high pass rate' (its because you are taking an actual course). Choose a school based on what they offer and how they look! You should def check out Motorsoul Riding School!

Marcelo!!! It could be the bike you are asking for quotes on which is making your insurance quotes so high?????? Many factors besides your driving record will effect your insurance rate. Things such as age, where you live, style of bike, cc's of bike etc. Its a good idea to pick a couple different bikes to get quotes on before you buy - sometimes that helps decide which bike to get in the beginning. Some great bikes to start off on which are better on insurance are: ninja 250, ninja 300, Honda 250. Then you ride it for a couple seasons and sell it and move up in cc's a little more and so on! This builds your skill more than buying a large cc bike that will always 'outride' a beginner.

Also, once you take your safety course, your get a certificate that the insurance companies will often use to reduce your rate so you will want to mention this as well!

One more thing - many insurance companies dont like to deal with motorcycles so they will give very high quotes to discourage. You will have to call a bunch of places just to find reasonable quotes. Off the top, there is primmum, state farm, riders plus or meloche monnex.. or can also try a broker...
Good Luck!!!!!!
