m1 exit in Oshawa coming up...

hi everyone,

so i've been riding a lot lately and feel quite confident and comfortable with everything, and since i have my m1 exit at the MTO oshawa location coming up and i had a few questions....

is the test exactly as stated in the mto handbook? a total of 3 tests?

1) walking the bike
2) Serpentine
3) straight line and brake test

and is that everything?

As well, i have not practiced with cones for the serpentine yet, but i feel like i could use more practice in that area.....slow movements really are a skill to hone.

- Sit up straight, good posture
- 1st gear only and have a good balance between the clutch and gas
- turn your head completely left or right depending on which way you are going

Now other then those tips for the serpentine is there anything else that would help?

**Correction - what i meant is...will the mto instructor adjust the cones to a smaller distance because i have a smaller bike??? 2 cones 1 meter apart, with each set 4.5 meters apart is what it says in the mto book....

if i go to oshawa this week to check it out, are there spray painted spots on the ground? where exactly is the serpentine test done?

sorry for all the questions.....and thank you in advance for any advice you can give me.

Would my kawi 250 suit the dimensions for the cones mentioned in the mto book??? 2 cones 1 meter apart, with each set 4.5 meters apart....

Have not done a test with the ministry but.... The bike is not a meter wide nor is it 4.5 meters long so you don't have to worry about the dimensions at all.

the ninja250 is more like 0.5m x 2m at most.
