Does anyone have seat time with a LuiMoto Premium Gold Gen Insert Pad? These seem pretty neat and the price seems right
Install doesn't seem all that difficult, and the end result seems like it would be quite comfortable. I am pretty interested, but if it's not worth the hassle, I think I am just going to go either the Coban or Sargent seat. I will be doing more 2hr+ rides, and my stock seat absolutely annihilated my ash last long haul.

HAHA! Didn't get paid to post this :happy2: My 8 hour saddle time last weekend on sunday absolutely killed my *** and this is a much cheaper option than a corban or sadlemen seat. Plus, it seems like a fun install.

Gel seats get very hot ....dangerously so.

Have you tried a Beadrider or an Airhawk.

It always helps to state what bike you have.

In that case...I won't be getting a gel seat. I'd prefer having a sore ash than swamp ash! No I have not looking into Beadrider's or Airhawk's. Those beads look like they'd kill the arse!
I ride an 09' ZX6R and i swear it's the hardest SS seat I've ever sat on :sad5:

They work exceptionally well for many including me

This was on an RDL seat on my Burgman 650 - back to back 950 km.

the Vstrom - one of two - and it had a Terry Adcox seat on it. I think longest were in the 900 km range but lots of 750+

the CBF1000 - longest run 975 km single day, 3,000 km 4 days.

I switch out on long rides between stock, AirHawk and Beadrider....both pack small.

I have a Beadrider for the KLR in Australia as well despite the Sargent Seat.

Look at the testimonials.

One Alaska rider last year thanked me for the recommendation. He could not do more than 200 miles on his Vstrom.

He did back to back 900 mile runs the first two days on his way to Alaska.

But everyone is different.
