Lost only key

One of my friend lost his only key to his marauder. He has the code and a blank key so I just wanted to ask if anyone knows any locksmith who can make a key with just the code.

I know its a bit pricey but I'd suggest he buys a new ignition lock in case the person that found/took the key is planning to joyride/steal his bike or fill his gas tank with unfriendly ****.

Any locksmith is able to make a key for any lock.

a good one who does a lot of bike keys is Vaughan rd, north of st clair w about 200 meters. or a dealer.

What is the code?

And how would the person that found it know which bike it is? Assuming he lost it and not a theft.
