looking to rent a log cabin

Hey guys, im looking for a few days getaway and i know this forum is full of adventurous people so i figured id try ask here.
Im looking for a secluded getaway for a few days. Looking for a small/medium log cabin with a wood fireplace. Dont really care about any other features. Itd be great if it was not surrounded by other cabins, cottages.
If any of you have been to something like i described, please share the experience.

Of course id get a reply like this lol I see tons of none-motorcycle related threads here since its a community of bikers and most people reply with useful comments to those thread. And yes i did google it but most of the places that have websites are not something simple like what im looking for. They are mostly cottages/cabins that are pretty much like a full hotel and surrounded by other cottages. Im hoping that someone who knows of something a little less commercial and can point me in the right direction with a helpful reply. But thanks for putting the thread on the front page, i guess you did help ;)

Yeah those threads are in the Romper Room.... or end up there quickly.

So my bad on the post here. Like i said in my original post, i know GTAM is full of adventurous people and a im sure many have done a trip like this.
 
Check vrbo.com slim chance but worth a shot. I get all my vacation rentals through there..

Try Homeaway.com. My wife and I have used this to find places in the US and Canada to good effect.

Check this site out as well. I used this site to rent out in Port Stanley a few years ago and been going back to the same house each year. Had a great find and sticking with it until the owners move or sell it to me!

Maybe try a hunting cabin?
