Just a thought, but a location on where they would be working would probably help?
 
Also, I'm not interested, but wondering, how long does that type of apprenticeship last? Mechanic is... 8000 hours (4 years) I think? Is transmission the same?

not really sure how many hrs now that the C.O.T took over, or if they are gonna change the system that has been in place for yrs
