I just saw a really dusty BMW gs650 parked in the underground at the Yonge Eglinton centre and it looks like it's been there for a while. The sticker says dec 16 and it's parked in a dead space. I guess management doesn't bother with it if it's not taking a car spot. Where would you park if you had to leave it somewhere for 6 months, barring any friend's or family's house?

Management will not let anything sit on their property without paying or approval. May be the bike belongs to one of the employees or the owner paid in advance (or monthly credit card billing).

Don't assume, your bike will be removed and you left holding the bill for it, plus their 'storage fee'.

What part of the city are you in? Ask some ppl here and give them some $ if you don't have other options.
