Hi folks, I am about to undertake a long *** trip to our country's eastern fringe. If anyone here may lend me their saddlebags, I would be much obliged. I take off on Sunday and would be back July the 4th. I'm willing to leave collateral and pay for the rental. I just don't have nor want to spend money on a $150 set.
Cheers,
Adam

Sorry, no dice on the saddlebags.

I suggest a backpack and a cargo net if you don't want to fork out the money for a set of bags.

I can't imagine deciding to take a tour, and not being prepared to invest in the equiment required to do so.

I wanna try a tackday, but have no gloves, leathers or boots, and don't want to spend the money on some.......Can I borrow somebody's? LOL

laying out $150 for bags shouldn't be such a big deal. if they will blow the budget, should you take the trip? what happens if you have a mechanical issue or lose a tire, how will you afford the repair?

hope you have a good trip, but ...:confused1:

Check your PMs.

Princess auto...$35 for saddlebags and theyre decent. Only complaint (due to my non-diligence) was that it scratched the fairings. Layer some masking tape and problem solved.
