That looks exactly like mine - '48" Two Door Folding Dog Crate Cage', got mine from eBay for $54.99 plus $34 shipping (so under $100 total).
No complaints with quality of mine, have owned it since 2007 with no problems.
The eBay store was called "PoleStarPet" but it no longer seems to exist... it was in the GTA and I still have their contact info, you might want to try contacting them directly:

That Crate measures: 54"L x 35"W x 45"H..so only 6" DIFF....but how wide and deep is yours....
Found this for $123 + tax - 15% + free shipping = $120 or pick up at store...http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4056280&lmdn=Crate+Style Giant: 48''L x 30"W x 33"H (dogs up to 110lbs) so slightly smaller = huge price difference...

Yep. Pretty close to what we have.
Depending on how quickly you need it, were in the midst of buying a new one.
