Legality Of Turn Signal Blink Frequency?

Is there any law stating what frequency you turn indicators must blink at? I got some aftermarket turn signals that blink at a quicker frequency than the OEM ones.

Not really. But depending on the cop you can still get nailed.
What you are experiencing there is called "hyper blinking". It happens when your OEM relay senses lower wattage consumption by the bulbs you have swapped for LED's.
I suggest wiring up a pair of load resistors to bring them back to the "normal" speed. Just to not risk a $150 ticket for improper turning lights.

As far as I remember the SAE standard is 60 to 120 cycles per minute, and a bulb failure is supposed to make the system increase the rate to more than 120 so that the operator knows a bulb is out. As far as police and road safety, I don't think there is a number, but they could make a case by saying "as it was when delivered from the factory". Or they are just looking for a reason to write a ticket.

If nothing else, since the frequency could be seen as an indication that a bulb could be burned out, it's a reason to pull you over to find out.

Europe has slightly different standards for flash rate compared to North America. I'm assuming your aftermarket flashers are LED. I used a TST Industries Flash relay to correct the "hyper flashing" caused by my LEDs. Relays work off of resistance in the circuit LEDs don't have nearly as much resistive value compared to incandescent bulbs, hence the hyper flashing. I don't know exact details how it works. There's probably mojo going on there too bc if I don't understand, that must be the cause - strange mojo.

Anyway. Here's the link. It was about $25 shipped for the relay. http://tstindustries.com/home.php
