Lakeshore Rd Niagara on the Lake

Lakeshore Rd in Niagara on the Lake is all torn up for about 3 km West of Four Mile Creek Rd. They are reconstructing the road. It may be like this well into summer. I know alot of people take this route into NOTL. To go around it you can take East west line down to Four Mile Creek Rd turn left and it will take u back to Lakeshore and vise versa.

Just an update on Lakeshore Road. It is now paved again although not the final layer and some of the manholes are raised but it is descent enough to ride on now.

If you are riding Lakeshore Rd. further to the west over by Welland canal, and looking for a great roadside eatery for lunch or a snack, try MJ's Own Munchies. Bike friendly place for burgers or fries kind of fare. Outside picnic tables or inside too. It'll be busy when the weather's nice.
