Wonderful place and fantastic people to deal with.

Just picked up my CB500F earlier today and was very impressed by the professionalism and easy going nature of the staff. They went above and beyond even throwing in a Honda Optimate 3+ when I took delivery. They gave me a great OTD price for the bike ($7150 with the Honda loyalty discount of $250). Very impressed with the sale and delivery of this transaction.

This is also on top of the quick service I had last year getting my rear tire replaced on my CBR125R for a great price. They scheduled me in even though they were booked solid for weeks. They even went as far as lubricating my kick stand which was beginning to bind. This left a great impression where they took care of the little things I didn't think were that big of a problem.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used Honda or for service.

Thanks again Rob, Jesse, Kelly and everyone else who made my experience so enjoyable!

didn't think they had the 500's in yet, good to know. The problem is they are handcuffed by honda's dealer pricing. I needed a teflon bushing for one of my forks, I can buy it retail price for $4 in the US, it was $7 KW Honda's cost, and $12 to me. I understand their markup, they have to pay people, lights and hydro, I have no issue with that, it's just unfortunate that their cost is so high from Honda and not competative. I was in there a couple weeks ago, they still have the '12 CBR 1000RR with $17k on the sign (not sure if tax was in or not), in the US, brand new 2012, $9999 + tax + a few fees. Thats a pretty hard argument to make when its only a $200 to bring it over the border. Don't get me wrong, I like having them in KW, I order parts when I need them quickly and they have always been excellent at getting them, I just wished Honda corporate would smarten up.

I agree, those guys are great to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another bike from them..
I went in on a Tuesday to buy my 12 1000rr and wanted to be riding it on the weekend. The only problem was he didn't have the color I wanted so he ordered the color I wanted and still had the bike ready for me to ride on Saturday morning... I looked in US and didn't find the price that much better and figured what I would save buying across the border I would spend if I had to take it back for any warranty work... They treated me great and always do any time I go there and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a bike...
