Mississauga meet up place tends to be at the Timmeh's at HWY 10 and Eglinton. A lot of rides will head out from there. Check out the Rides/Meets/Hookups section for more information.
There is also meetups at the Streetsville Timmeh's. They tend to do rides on Sunday, however be prepared for a more "spirited" ride.
Burrito Boyz on Tuesdays down in Port Credit meets on Tuesday, however this is primarily a "pose" night.
Ask Ultra09 for an invite to the Mississauga Riders group. You can also meet people that way.
