Hi all,

We've gotten a lot of inquiries about our Track Day Events for 2011 and with only a few days before our 1st Event of the year, I thought I'd reach out to everyone regarding our 2011 Schedule. Due to unrelenting schedules, my partner Rahul and I have had virtually no time to promote our schedule. Our valued past riders, familiar participates and strong network of supporters have done well to reach out to us for information about our current year schedule by logging into our website (www.hotlapevents.com) and via email. For the benefit of new riders and seasoned riders who may not yet have been treated to our Track Day Events, the following is our 2011 schedule:

- June 27th - SMP (Long Track)
- July 24th - TMP (Road Race Track)
- Aug 5th - SMP (Long Track)
- Aug 29th - SMP (Long Track)

SMP = Shannonville Motorsports Park
TMP = Toronto Motorsports Park (Cayuga)

As always be prepared for tons of track time, a safety first organized day, rider satisfaction orientated team, free morning Tim Horton's Coffee, complimentary BBQ lunch and I'm thrilled to say that after looking it up, the 27th forecast currently says 0% P.O.P.!!! (those of u out there laughing ur butt off right now know why I've mentioned that *L*)

There's also a MotoGP race being run this weekend, so race fans who miss it, as always, we'll play that race on the TV (and last weeks WSBK and AMA action if u'd like also).

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us by email: info@hotlapevents.com or me directly at aj@hotlapevents.com

Have an awesome weekend all and for all those already riding with us on the 27th, please travel safe on your way up to the track! Cheers

AJ

CALL IN SICK!!!

I'll be getting reaquainted with riding an inline 4 again. That should be good for a laugh or 2.

Best trackdays ever!!

DUA IS BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will make sure to take pictures with GoLo Girls when Andrew Nelson and Frank Trombino are tearing it up....lol

It will be amazing to be riding with everyone after 2 years or so.....

Weather was hot and dry. Major cluster**** of lost track time in the morning due to ambulance calls constantly. BBQ had 2 helpings and the Golo Girls were fine as ever. Nuff said. Otherwise, I got plenty of seat time in after lunch and had a blast and a half as usual. Suspension guy did wonders on my bike. Set my personal best (which ain't as good as some of you are thinking) but makes me real happy. Sooner or later I'll break the 2 minute mark.
OH....Got me first black flag...Again, not what some of your are thinking....lol :) Ever seen 3 guys in a row get black flagged, 1 after the other as fast as the marshal can point it and pull it in, and point it again? ROTFLAMO. Thanks AJ....j/k

OMG I missed this. If I wasn't getting track time tomorrow, I'd just fall on my sword. I so could have been there today. :(

Awesome day yesterday. It was my first time at shannonville, and I really enjoyed the track. I was definitely the fastest of the beginner group by the end of the day, which was satisfying.
Golo really knows how to run the show. And the girls were cute.

Cola, you looked good out there man!

I got Nelson at 0:36 and Trombino at 1:53, feel free to point out the rest of the pack. The smell of racing fuel and bikes laying down rubber in front of me was epic, way better than grandstand tickets!

Only in passing. I was at tmp june 9th, and you were there as well, right?
I was riding the green zx6r in beginner.

I got to the track at 12 noon i have to say Golo runs a very good track day it almost has that club feel to it with the DJ and the Golo girls and not to mention they provided lunch as well. They had trackside suspension setup allday which you dont get at most track days.

The other thing i noticed was there were a lot of girls on track i was really impressed and some of them were quicker than the guys.

I had a blast we had Andrew Nelson, Frank Trombino, Alex Welsh, and Chris Garvey and a few other top racers out there and the fast group was fast. I had my bone stock 09 kawasaki zx 6r running 1.58 to 2.00 running the diablo rosso street tires with stock gearing and those tires were not bad for the track i was impressed with how well they held up lap after lap.

On this track day i will give Golo 5 out of 5 because they had tire service, suspension service, proffesional advice, food service, entertainment & loads of fun. What more could you ask for.

The high light of the day was when raul Dua went out and threw down a hotlap of 1.50 on the long track even the pro's were like no he didnnnttttt those mazda bikes are awsome lol

It was awesome, i didnt have a dedicated bike to ride plus the two ups had me busy so ... Mazda had to fill in the joy i was missing ... Cant wait till the Cayuga Day on July 24th

Great day as always. Get your media site up for vids and pics.

Listen, i am making the adjustments of doing the things my fiance asks me to do and all this media stuff is taking a back seat... I am printing invitations right now... but its coming ...BArber Video to start .... its sick...

Your priorities are in the wrong place. Track videos, pics, then fiancee's and weddings. young'un
