Any tips for jumping SS bikes over little ramps etc?

I find that I come off the seat, and its not like a dirt bike where I can stand up/pull on the front end.....

any tips/vids?

Why can you not stand up some? 50, 100, 180 kph? It is done! It is still a motorcycle.bend your knees, clear your head, throttle or brake in the air to change the bike's aspect so as to land smoothly parallel to the ground.

Get you butt off the seat before the suspension loads and rebounds upward propelling you up and potentially over the bars. Maybe not so much in a little bunny hop like in your picture.

I have no links but you may consider viewing some UTube videos of the Isle of Man motorcycle races that occur ever year on the island across the big Atlantic ocean. Or renting/buying a DVD on those races.

In those races, which occur on an approx. 30 km long through the streets and country side course, the superbikes can get up near a meter in the air at speed.

I want to go rock crawling in my Lambroghini. Anyone know any good shops to put a lift kit on it?

If you can afford a new Lambo then why not get a big Cat D10 bulldozer and just crush those rocks into pebbles the Lambo can handle? It will feel like you are climbing rocks. :p

Rock climbing in 4 wheels is a baby step to jumping a bike! :D

Did i tell you about the jump in the McLaughlin/Bovaird Wendys/Timmies parking lot? Its on the Wendy's side. Start in the Canadian Tire lot and go across the lanes over the hump into the Wendy's parking lot and then around the corner to the right. Just have to make sure traffic is clear obviously. Can't go superfast, but if you time it right, you can get the bike pretty high off the ground and land the way you were talking about, then you have a nice corner to go around right after, 2 in 1 fun:)

Races here are ALWAYS fun to watch!
