I'm sure it doesn't need to be said, as it has been said time and time again, but regardless..
Sent my boot to John after a pretty nasty crash last year. The zipper was damaged as it was caught against some of hard bits on the bike, and a significant portion of the leather was pulled apart at the same time. John replaced the zipper, repaired the leather and attached a small velcro strap to the zipper end to secure it to the top of the boot -- really cool idea that should have been done by the manufacturer.
Thank you John for helping us out, keep us safe and saving us a ton of money from replacing our gear when it can be repaired.
