Jevco considers Ducati Monster a SS?

Hi all, so I have been with Jevco for two years now. I called my broker today te get quotes on a monster 796 and 1100 evo. He told me that Jevco considers them SS. I thought Jevco no longer classified monsters as SS bikes? I went on line, got a quote for over half of what my broker told me and it was from Jevco. Anybody actualy know what they consider a monster? Thanks

Your broker is mistaken. Jevco did indeed take the Monster, Multistrada, and retro classics off of their supersport list last yr.

Thats what I thought, so should I call another broker then? Or call Jevco directly?

Advise your broker to check on the updates.
A guy who works for me has an older 600cc sportbike and was quoted supersport rates. I told him to advise his broker to research Jevco's exclusions from supersport surcharges for older bikes. He did and his insurace quote went from $2200 to $711
