Jetpack

So cool.
 
Well that's progress, apparently it carries 10 minutes of fuel. The last one I saw (used for the Rocketeer?) could only carry about 1 minute of fuel and weighed a ton.

People are ****** about drones, I can only imagine the chaos when people start flying jetpacks around.

I didn't really think about that till I read it, there will be a lot of work for roofers once these things catch on.
 
I wonder if there will be deaths associated with that activity. I mean among the general population.

I'm thinking the general population can't afford one, right now.
But those Swagway things came down in price quick. Almost like there was a fire sale or something.

When the price reaches the point where the general population can afford them there will be lots of "Hold my beer and watch this!" moments of Darwinism. Guaranteed.

That, and idiots flying them into the same airspace as aircraft are in...because what could possibly go wrong?

Neat though, looks like a turbine based system to me. Bet his legs and feet stay warm.. ;)
