The answer is no.My question to that is.....

Is against the law to ride a motorcycle or do anything that is anti social?
For now. As with parks, if the dumb continues, it will come. All that will be required are two dumb knobs knocking each other over on FOTC, a police or media report on the emergency response and hospital resources required and that will be the end for a while.The answer is no.
