Its not an outstanding fine...
I'm going to court for something I was "alleged" to have done in Mississauga while driving my car. However, at the time I was on my bike and got a parking ticket in Toronto which helps prove it. I was dumb enough to just leave my ticket and notice of non-payment laying around and it got thrown away. I need proof of the ticket and the time and place at which it was issued. Is it possible to somehow retrieve that?
The ticket will confirm that the bike was illegally parked on Main Street but not that you were riding it at the time. However it does create some doubt regarding the other situation.
So, what were you "alleged" to have been doing?
in breach of my conditions to not be at a university campus, when I was in fact "alleged" to have been driving on Mississauga Rd. past the university which is a public road not on the campus. I have no conditions that say I cannot drive or be on that road or that I have to stay a certain distance from the campus property. I simply cannot be ON the campus.
They also allege they saw me riding my bike on campus about a week later, when I was at my school in Toronto and I have a schedule to show I had a class at the time. It was my cousin on my bike who rode through and he had my jacket and has a Shoei helmet that's the same as mine with tinted visor. We as riders know that a geared up rider in a full face is pretty impossible to identify, even if you know the person and their gear you cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt it is them.
Its like saying "I saw Bruce Wayne" when in fact you saw Batman, for all we know that day it could have been Robin dressed up as Batman...
I'm defending myself because these charges are so ******** and will have a real fun time ripping these guys a new hole.

If you deliberately had your cousin do the ride through it could be taken as you harassing or intimidating someone. If he had a legit reason to be there then the offended party has to get used to seeing motorcycles.
If you are facing charges going further with explanations on a public forum would not be wise.
They have no witness other than the claims of this cowardly individual, campus police apparently went looking for me and found nothing, nor did they find anything when they checked video surveillance. Now its all about how bad I will embarrass them in court, if they'll even have the balls to show up.
Okay I have to ask! How do you get banned from a university campus?
Kick the **** out of a couple drunk mouthy students even if its self defense and there you go...
Its only til we settle it in court though, nothing permanent.
You sir..are a very interesting person.. did you ever think about making a news letter with tales of your exploits?
first you say, you were at class in toronto. and now you say that you were working on your cousin's bike....doesn't look good in a court of law, you better shut up, your digging a deeper hole for your self.
