Interior Scrape and Paint

Anyone have a resource for interior paint? There are years of old paint peeling off that will need scraping and then a fresh coat. It’s not a large area but it’s in a stairwell and hallway so I feel it’s probably easier if I just give it to a pro.

Where? I used a guy that lives in thornhill to paint my old house before sale. He was fine. Good price, did what was needed. He uses sherwin William's paint if that matters to you.
