Insurance on 2004 Aprilia RSV1000R Factory

Just contacted my Aviva broker and he told me they stopped insuring bikes a few years ago.

I haven't ridden a street bike in the last 5 years plus (tracked only), so I'm out of the loop.

Just purchased a beauty of a bike in an unmolested stock 04 RSV factory and want to test the waters on the insurance rates before I consider what to do with her next.

Here's my info:

34 yr old professional married male
Clean record
No accidents/claims
New to bike insurance but have had my Full M since 04 I think
I live near Barrie (Alcona to be exact) and will only use it as a weekend toy

Let me know if there are any brokers willing to throw me a decent rate.

Im with aviva. They insure bikes. Whoever you talked to is braindead unless theyre talking about super sport bikes in which case I dont know if they do ss.
