Installing a full system on a 98 zx7r

has anyone done this on the site, I'm very curious to know if this is a job I can do myself. I know that the rad blocks the headers, do I have to remove the rad, and the hoses, or just loosen it?

It is much easier to remove those header flange nuts with the rad removed.
