Insane motorcycle riding in Lisbon

This was taken just outside Lisbon, Portugal, I recognize the area.
Every time I drive over there, I have to constantly keep my eyes on the side mirrors. Changing lanes is a real challenge, you look in the mirror, no one coming, when you're about to switch lanes some idiot doing close to 300km/h goes by. Seen it many times. The locals claim all these crazy riders are from Spain; can't confirm, impossible to read the license plates at the speeds that are going at.

Notice how not many cars are in the left lane. Just how it should be.

that is how they drive over there, only to the fast lane for passing.

Yea it's nuts there. I've driven there but always in a car.
