Injured Rider Sues Amazon After Losing Leg In Crash With Delivery Driver

whats with all the depressive posts lately?

Im out here trying to decide if real boobs are better or fake ones.

I told my wife if I ever get injured/killed on a job site that she should sue anyone and everyone associated with that job site. So I'd say suing Amazon, and everyone and their brother is standard fare.

When I was FIFO, I gave her the names of the contractor, subs, boat, helicopter, food, everyone...they need to prove I was an idiot and got myself killed or horribly injured...and I'm a pansy, so I'm fairly careful.

Nothing out of the ordinary, standard practice to sue every entity tied to the vehicle. For example, even the leasing company is included in the lawsuit if it's leased.

This.

It's SOP to sue whoever you can in a personal injury lawsuit.

So many click-bait articles fanning the flames of outrage when many people don't realize that if you get hurt while your friend is driving the car, you're not actually suing your friend, you're seeking damages from his insurance company.

LOL. Not even an hour ago, I was looking for a new mouse pad with gel wrist rest, and LMAO'd when I saw this. Looks comfy.

Depends on the situation. A friend driving home from a pit party went up on the sidewalk and hit two other friends walking home from the same party. He was driving with the Unsatisfied Judgement rider (1970s), no insurance. They both sued him. Both got mid six figure settlements. He ended up going out to his garage to have a nap in his car several years later.

I think if any of us were in an accident that was not our fault and we lost a leg or had life changing injury we would sue.

I'm from the 70s I remember "Unsatisfied Judgement". It was $25 you paid it at MTO, you could put your car on the road with no insurance. I did it once and a friend of mine knocked down a telephone pole with my car, and I had to pay something like $300 for it to be fixed or replaced. I think I got off pretty cheaply, when I think of what could have happened. ah the 70s, boy I miss that time. :p

edit: I'm not joking, here's the car. can you make out the shape of the telephone pole. I think I sold it to the body shop for $150, cause I couldn't afford to fix it
