Quick question? When in a crowd tour and one couple is always late getting back to the tour, what would you do? Not say anything or have that conversation

Gotta pick your battles.
In general, the larger the group, the less enjoyable I find everything. The group moves at the pace of the slowest person.
Is this an organized group with a company/leader/guide? If so, express your displeasure to the authority. They can choose to use the stick or you can use the stick in your review if they fail to act. Cruise ships sailing away while people are crying on the pier is the ultimate fafo. After that experience, I doubt they will be late again.

An in-law tended to show up when it was convenient for her. We had invited her to join us for a family outing and gave her a departure time.
She hadn't arrived on time and after a short wait I called "All aboard" and we piled in and started backing down the driveway, just as she showed up. She had a stunned look on her face, realizing we weren't going to wait for her. I wish I had made the call a minute earlier.
Being late is an insult to those waiting. "It's only five minutes" doesn't take in account the five minutes of foot shuffling by six other people, not knowing if it's going to be five minutes more or ten, maybe fifteen.
I wonder if she would have gotten the message if she arrived to see the car up on a jack. "You didn't show up on time, so I decided to rotate the tires. "Have a seat on the lawn. The chairs are put away in the house and it's locked up and alarmed."
