A Panama born person gets dual citizenship by studying and working here but moves back to Panama for 10 years and now wants to return but with an adopted Panamanian kid.

Is an adopted kid treated the same as a biological kid?

Is there an age where the kid has to stand on his own merits and can't come in on the parent's coattails?

The whole story would sound like a remake of Dumb, Dumber and Dumbest but I have to ask.

If you have to pay court ordered child support for an unbiological kid because you were kind enough to temporarily support and occasionally shtoop his/her hypergamist mother I say why not?

An adopted kid is treated the same as a biological kid. When that kid is adult age is when they have to fend for themselves.

Yes and no. It depends on what route you take getting the kid into Canada.
